The ladies made it to the finals to lose a tight game 10-5 to HRFC. This game was also Jennalee's Desjardins last game with the Tars Women. Best of luck on your travels.

Lady TARS had there start in 2001
Founder
Amanda Gallant Michael Gervais
Was a long time in coming and a vision of mine to become a complete club. Amanda came to me with the idea of starting a womens side for the TARS. I asked her to provide me a list of 20 people interested, which she did.
As president at the time I agreed to cover all the costs of the new team, making them responsible for insurance only. They played exibition and tournements only in the first year and proved they were a force to be reconned with.
The womens team has be going strong ever since and sporting 2 sides due to great numbers.
Having a womens side completes one piece of the puzzle in becoming a well rounded club.
